Some say that ribbons are very trendy, but I think they have been around for a while now, only that now designers know how to make them better and people understand the importance of their use.

We see ribbons both in web and graphic design, ribbons are as much used to create beautiful vector illustrations or to make stand out a certain graphic element, as well as banner adverts – they serve as eye candy in any case. There are different types of ribbons: horizontal, vertical, corner ribbons, folded and the list could go on.
